The talents in the Company shall represent the core value of the Company in every aspect.
The talents representing the core value of the Company are considered as the talents of company regardless of their education background, post and type of work.
The talents shall have both ability and moral integrity and the latter shall be primary, and the opinions of talents dominate among the public.
The Company will create proper working and living environment for the employees with both high ability and moral integrity or those with high moral integrity but low ability, so as to make them stay;
The employees with high morality and talent should be primarily employed; those who have high morality but low talent shall be trained; those who have high talent but low morality shall be restricted; and those who have no morality and talent shall be forbidden.
